LifeLine Europe was created by British expats living in Normandy, France, who understand first-hand what it means to face an emergency in a country where you do not speak the language fluently.
After years of helping fellow expats navigate French bureaucracy, healthcare, and everyday crises, we built the tool we wished we had from day one. From calling an ambulance to filling in accident forms, from finding an English-speaking doctor at 2am to explaining a burst pipe to a plumber. We have lived through it all.
"Our mission is simple: no English-speaking person in Europe should ever feel helpless in an emergency because of a language barrier."
