1. About This App

LifeLine Europe is a communication service developed by CoreLogic AI Ltd (Company No. 16919694, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG). It is designed to help English-speaking travellers and expats communicate during emergencies across Europe. LifeLine Europe is not a medical service, emergency service, or substitute for contacting emergency services directly.

2. Emergency Calling

The app opens your device's native telephone dialler with emergency numbers pre-filled (such as 112, 15, 17, 18). You must initiate the call yourself. The app does not place calls on your behalf and does not connect directly to emergency services.

3. Location Information

When you trigger the SOS feature, the app reads your device's GPS coordinates and generates a What3Words address. This information is displayed on screen and included in any SMS you choose to send via your device's native SMS composer. The app does not transmit location data directly to emergency services. Emergency services receive your location through standard mobile network procedures that apply to all emergency calls.

4. Medical Information

Medical details stored in the app (allergies, medications, blood type, conditions) are entered by you and stored on your device. This information is not verified by medical professionals. You are responsible for keeping it accurate and up to date.

5. Accuracy and Availability

LifeLine Europe does not guarantee the accuracy of GPS coordinates, the availability of mobile network coverage, the response of emergency services, or the accuracy of translations. The app works offline for stored content but requires mobile network coverage to place calls or send SMS.

6. Subscriptions

The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

LifeLine Europe, CoreLogic AI Ltd, and its developers accept no liability for the outcome of any emergency situation, the accuracy of any information displayed, or any loss or damage arising from the use of this app.
